Five Eighteen

Some days, it's all just too much to deal with. I don't want to hear anyone's uplifting or positive thoughts either. That just makes me more angry/devastated. Especially if all your hopes and dreams have come true. I am unable to have children due to a hateful person. 5 of my friends are pregnant. My grandfather is dying from cancer. I am terrified when I talk to him it will be the last time. I put all my eggs in one basket so to speak. I feel like the basket is slipping from my fingers. I am a stress/emotional eater. I am on a diet. Nobody around me seems to understand. They all think I'm overreacting. I'm crumbling.

Three Twenty

I really do have an amazing husband. Today alone he has done the following things.
-made baked ziti
-cleaned out the fridge and washed the dishes
-kept me from falling in the mud TWICE
-taken care of all the ugliness that goes along with paying bills
-unknotted an entire skein of hemp yarn while my family came over

How in the world do you show somebody like that your true appreciation? Sometimes I leave love notes around the house, pack his lunch, and help him shave his head when he can't see the back. Other times I scream, cry, can't bring myself to get out of bed, refuse to wash the clothes, and have other various meltdowns. I'm pretty sure Wife #1 is his favorite but I'm lucky he loves me even when I'm Wife #2.

Two Twenty Nine

Leap Day!! I'm taking advantage of the extra day by running errands, setting up a fake booth for an upcoming show, and vacuuming. <----- if husband manages to fix the vacuum.
